Dispute Resolution Policy

If you are unhappy with a service or a charge, we want to fix it quickly and fairly. These are the steps we follow.

1. Contact us first

E-mail support@fibolim.com with your name, invoice or receipt number, what happened and what outcome you would like. Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, so we can resolve it directly.

2. Acknowledgement and review

We confirm receipt within 3 business days and review the case, including the agreed scope, messages and deliverables. We may ask you for more information.

3. Resolution

We aim to give you a written answer within 15 business days. A resolution may include revisions, a new session date, a partial or full refund, or a credit, in line with our Return and Refund Policy.

4. Mediation

If we cannot agree, either side may propose mediation. We will try in good faith to settle the matter through a neutral mediator in Cebu City before any legal action.

5. Government agencies and courts

You may also bring a consumer complaint to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) under the Consumer Act of the Philippines. If the dispute is still not settled, it will be handled by the proper courts of Cebu City under Philippine law.
