These terms apply when you use this website or book any service, program, coaching session or speaking engagement with Aztrabay and Fibo Lim.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Aztrabay Digital Marketing, based in Cebu City, Philippines. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Aztrabay. “You” refers to the visitor or client.

2. Using this website

  • You may browse this website for personal and business information purposes.
  • You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to break its security, or copy its content for resale.
  • We may update the website, its content and these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version.

3. Services and pricing

  • Our services include the AI Marketing Summit, 16x Marketing Bootcamp, Quantum Scale, Fibo Media Partnership, Elite Inner Circle, strategy sessions (“Pick Fibo's Brain”) and speaking engagements, as listed on the Services page.
  • Prices are shown in Philippine Peso and may change without notice. The price confirmed in writing when you book is the price you pay.
  • The exact scope, deliverables and timeline of each project are agreed in writing (e-mail, proposal or invoice) before work starts.

4. Bookings and payment

  • A booking is confirmed once we accept it in writing and receive the agreed payment or deposit.
  • Payment terms for each program are confirmed in writing before you pay.
  • Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms is separate from our fees unless agreed otherwise.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, the materials and approvals we need on time, and to ensure that anything you give us (logos, text, images, product claims) does not infringe anyone else's rights or the law.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, logos, program names and images, belongs to Aztrabay / Fibo Lim or their licensors. Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables made specifically for you, unless agreed otherwise. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market and budget. Figures mentioned on this website describe past experience and are not a guarantee of your results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by Philippine law, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data.

9. Refunds and disputes

Cancellations and refunds follow our Return and Refund Policy. Complaints and disagreements follow our Dispute Resolution Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Courts in Cebu City have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
